We hope you are happy with your Calitaa & Co Online purchase. However if you are not, we are more than happy to refund any item (excluding sale items or earrings) within a 14 day period of you receiving your order. 
PLEASE NOTE: Returns after this time will not be accepted.
The item/s must unworn/unused and in the original packaging. 
We will not issue refunds on an item/s that show signs of being worn, misuse or are not in the original packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: We advise that when trying on items of clothing/jewellery we ask that no cigarette smoke, creams, fake tan or perfume come into contact with the item/s.
PLEASE NOTE: Sale items & earrings are non refundable. 
The return of the item/s is your responsibility so we advise you use Royal Mail signed for service.
Please ensure you obtain your proof of posting as we cannot be responsible for item/s lost in transit.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not pay the return postage. To advise us of a return please complete the form below. When you have your item/s ready for dispatch, please complete the Calitaa & Co Compliment Slip which will be inside your parcel. The Compliment Slip must be sent back with your item/s to ensure a smooth & speedy refund transaction.
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a pick up email. You then have 14 days to collect your order from Bloomfield Shopping Centre Bangor. It is your responsibility to collect & return any unwanted item/s within 14 days. 
PLEASE NOTE: We will not be liable for uncollected orders. It is your responsibility regarding collection. We will not offer any refund or exchange after the 14 day collection/return period has passed. If this isn't suitable for you, we suggest using our standard postal service priced at £3.95.
In store returns are 7 days from date of purchase.
No refunds will be given on Christmas returns.
We will offer a credit voucher or an exchange. We are accepting in store Christmas 2023 returns from Monday 8th January until Saturday 13th January 2024.
