We accept most major credit & debit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.
If your are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund any item (excluding earrings & sale items) within 14 days of you receiving it. The item/s must be unworn, unused, with product tags attached, and accompanied by the compliment returns slip. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them. We advise when trying on items of clothing or jewellery we ask no cigarette smoke, make up, creams, fake tan or perfume come into contact with the item/s.
The best way to change your order is to contact us by email or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
Orders are processed in the order we receive them. We do our utmost to get the orders out the same day, but during busy periods this is not always possible. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

We do a thorough quality check of your order before it is dispatched, so the chances of receiving a defective item is very rare but it could happen. We ask if you can please take clear pictures of the item which shows the defect & contact our customer service by email here https://www.calitaaandco.com/pages/get-in-touch to check if we can organise a replacement.
